The attendant appeared unfamiliar with the transaction process, resulting in a prolonged wait time. The delay was further extended as he repeatedly left the transaction to assist gas station customers. Additionally, he was observed using his phone during the transaction, which contributed to a lack of focus and professionalism.

KONSTANTIN AParkway Exxon, a gas station, may not have enough parking spaces available to accommodate too many returns; therefore, when renting, request the U-Haul agent clarify on the contract that it’s your return location. Nevertheless, it’s a great location to fill up with gasoline, and personnel there are courteous and accommodating.
