The Mediterranean men in this location have horrible service!!! They are rude to woman and try to get over on the expenses. I returned the car to the location on full and the attendant in store was a complete arrogant aggressive argumentative rude idiot. I WILL NEVER go there again and I definitely will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau, the BBB and FTC. I'm tired of these occurrences and have had enough!!!

Let the customer know in advance about certain things. Like there is no parking space. You must come with someone to drive your car home.

I had a one-way rental. When I looked at the reservation on-line it showed renting and returning to the same place and a large charge for a 3 day rental. I called U-haul and the representative said in their data base it was a one way rental for the price I expected. This has happened to me before. When I picked up the trailer they had the correct information. Also, during pickup I had to take a picture of my license. I did it with my phone as they suggested for contactless checkin and it did not upload. The agent then did it with his phone and it uploaded. Also, I did on-line check in but at pickup time the agent again asked me where I was going to turn in the trailer. The need to re-enter this information seems to happen on each one-way rental. Agents should have that information and just verify that it is correct instead of just asking if it is Pittsburgh and then suggesting a location.

It took 45 min to pickup the truck due to an error on the part of the rental employee. The gas attendent had to call his boss in order to get the issue resolved.

I rented a open trailer , I got there and the only trailer they have is a closed trailer , 1 hour after I took it they call me saying that I have to make sure to return it on time because they needed back for another customer . Ridiculous service !!

Very poor customer service. I went to drop off the truck. They told me it wasn't on Full and needed to put gas. However, the tank was on F. I was given so much attitude saying what about the next customer (I have no idea what this even meant). When I received the truck I was told that I am supposed to return it the way in which it was received, which I did, on F. Additionally, I was told to just leave and I won't be getting a receipt. It truly was a nightmare returning the truck. I've never that much attitude given to me ever in life. It was truly the worst experience ever.

Very unsatisfied with the drop off location. The employees were rude and unhelpful. The location itself was a gas station with poor amenities, not to mention very dangerous being on the side of a very busy road and trying to drive away with brand new large equipment into on-coming traffic. My experience was terrible, as my equipment was not put on properly and I drove across country unaware how much danger I was in and the danger of those around me on the road

Inform the customer about all the work they will have to do when using the U-Haul App. Also inform customer about all the extra charges that they will accumulate in the process. Because the cost advertised is just the beginning!

Pick up location was unsafe and it was not contactless pickup as promised. The attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional and started a verbal altercation upon delivery of the truck. We would not recommend anyone picking this as a u haul pickup location.

At this location only one person was working so he has to keep going back and forth to the gas station and the inside. I chose to check in with a representative not online and the man was extremely rude and unhelpful when asking him questions.

They messed with the miles on the trucks or in the computer . I did not drive 22 miles but the man refused to look into it. Please check your mileage before driving away. Biggest rip off ever!

What an ordeal! I return the truck to pick up/drop off location to fill up truck with gas. The gas pump click off and the attendant tops it off an extra dollar.... then gets into uhaul truck starts backing it up, won't let me get into truck so I can take a picture of mileage. I go around to passenger side, he still sitting in drivers seat. Turns the light switch all the way down so I can't see mileage numbers. What a disgusting individual! Horrible experience. Don't rent Uhaul from 1575 US 22 Union NJ!

Cancelled my reservation due to me being late for pickup. I traveled from NH to New Jersey and got stuck in NY traffic. I called the pick up center twice to update my arrival time , the last call 15 minutes before nmy arrival. When I arrived at the u haul dealer I was told my reservation was cancelled due to me being late !?? No call , no nothing I had the trailer reserved for two days and they had my debit card on fe. I asked to take the trailer now that I was there and he said it would be 30% more because I did not have a reservation. I paid the amount ,just to keep me in line for the rest of my trip. I was told to call corporate and ask for a refund. I called and got a person who told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to his manager and was able toexplain what happened. I am now waiting to see what corporate Uhaul will do about th30%extra rate charge.
