The person who handled the transaction was a bit salty. He was rushing us out to remove the car, which we informed him was not going to remain there. He hardly gave time to take the pictures, before he threatened with the car going to be towed.

Totally rude and horrible experience
SHANTA ASystem is always don’t so they have to manually renter everything and try to up sale you on the insurance and other items. The whole point of self check in is I don’t deal with the guy trying to squeeze my pockets

Robert BThe attendant appeared unfamiliar with the transaction process, resulting in a prolonged wait time. The delay was further extended as he repeatedly left the transaction to assist gas station customers. Additionally, he was observed using his phone during the transaction, which contributed to a lack of focus and professionalism.
