The U-Haul app didn't work past stage 2. I did what it asked in the first two and then would go back. My phone was down to 18% battery life and went to website. There I was able to complete check in process. By the time I was done my phone was at 13%. That was the only thing that stressed me out.
Michael RMaybe have equipment with trailer rentals ready, the rental truck was too large to grab the trailer where it was and if it wasn’t for my personal vehicle the trailer would’ve been stuck there, maybe just a four wheeler with a hitch for your tech or a shop truck
