This was a secondary U-Haul business within another store. I was sent here by your company after the two outlets I wanted to use did not have the vehicle I required. I was not given any paperwork when I picked up the truck. I was not told the current milage or existing damages to the truck. When I asked about this I was told it was emailed to me. I checked my email and did not receive the paperwork. I was only provided paperwork AFTER the truck was returned.

Not very professional store front. Dirty. U-Haul counter rep wasn't very friendly. Maybe it was a bad day? Truck ran fine and decent fuel mileage.

Tony LI would not advise using the online scheduling. I spoke with so many schedulers and they were either uninformed or would outright lie to book the rental. Working on commission will inspire that. The man at the actual rental site was great. Very refreshing after all the schedulers. He was direct with no BS and I appreciated that.
