Nothing, everything was perfect
MICHAEL SCheck engine light was on, tire pressure light was in. Front was dirty with trash and cigarette ashes. The back smelled like people had ridden in there--or dogs. It was gross.
MELINDA HThe A/C did not work, and it was extremely HOT outside. The mirror on the driver's side won't stay in place, the cigarette lighter closest to the driver does not work, and the van was not clean. When I returned the van, the agent initially refused to take the list of problems, claiming the van was going to the shop the following week. However, I pointed out that they may not be aware of all the issues, so he took the list.
