We returned our equipment before time but the store was closed. We waited for over an hour. We called U-Haul and spoke to Patrick who helped us check in our trailer. My husband had to unhitch the trailer himself and has bad wrists. Picking up our trailer was good but returning it was not. The business owner should be open the hours stated on the front door. We had a time constraint because we had to turn in our rental truck. The business should be more responsible especially when associated with U-Haul.
