in my original booking Reservation #:82739688, i didn't select insurance, and the quote was less than $30. However, when i arrived at store, the insurance added the insurance without my consent. I wasn't aware of this until I returned the truck, and received the invoice the following day. I would appreciate it if the staff could ensure that any additional charges are clearly reviewed and confirmed with customers at pickup to avoid unexpected fees.
