The clerk didn’t know how to even login to the system took a very long time to get me out of the store and I used the truck for 4 hrs!

there was no personnel
Sebastian MThis location was changed after the reservation, causing us to drive much farther to drop off. A "liquor store and bait shop" is almost never clean and inviting. We passed three other UHaul locations on the way to drop this off. REALLY???? The proprietor was unfamiliar with the return process, was helping (poorly) another customer when we arrived and struggling to process the return. We returned the truck with the UHaul app, but that was clearly not effective because the credit card charge from the initial pickup and the credit card charge from the return have both been processed. This is a UHaul corporate issue, their process needs to be evaluated and improved as well.
