I checked the truck back in almost 14 hours ago, and was told they would email me a receipt, instead of getting a printed one then. I have received nothing - and this is a cost that needs to recharged to a client.

I rent car haulers quite often and I used to rent them from a different uHaul facility but after a bad experience at that location I decided to switch and take my business to this location... immediately it was a night and day difference!!! The employees are so much nicer, friendly and eager to make every single customer satifiied. Three times now I have worked with those locatikns manager when reserving and picking up a car hauler... she is simply amazing!!! She truly cares about each and every customer and consistently goes above and beyond to help me... one time she even spent quite a bit of time on the phone and online to find the closest hauler for me to rent... she never talks down or condescending towards me... even when I have a thousand quesrions ;). She actually LISTENS to me (most people act like they are listening to customers when actually they aren’t) which makes her such a fantastic and caring person!!! And when it comes to returning the haulers late at night the gentleman who is always at the counter (sometime there are 2) ALWAYS make sure I was happy my overall rental. They enhance the overall rental experience... they are super friendly as well... So, in a nutshell, I am sooo glad I started using this location... ALL of the employees are fantastic which means that they are the reflection of a superb manager!!!

I am a regular customer of this location. The guy who checked me out today (I believe his name is Issac) spent more time than normal doing the process even though I was the only customer. I have to send my ride back to our work place and take an Uber and pay it from my own pocket.

upon pick up i informed the person i planned to drop the truck off the next day late afternoon. Pick up was sat at noon i dropped the truck off sunday at 6pm. I asked why am i being charged until monday she explained that what happens w one way service. not sur ewhat that means but i feel i was over charged. With that my truck bed was extremely dirty at pick up and stunk something awful. extremely un happy with this experience.

Person who rented me the trailer was not willing to listen to me when I said that I had gotten in different price in the app when I set up the reservation. That meant I had to go to my car and sit down and call customer service myself to get them to fix the problem. This seems to be an overall U-Haul problem that once it's in the computer and it shows up at the store nobody is willing to chase it with corporate. The individual who serviced me is always inflexible on this point.

I have rented mini trailers from U-Haul and there is Almost Never Enough workers. I had to wait at the front counter 25 minutes while the single employee went to the back for a semi truck coming in. I chose to rent from this relatively new location hoping my experience would be different but it wasn't. I do not understand why U-Haul will not have more than one employee working at the same time to make sure customers are taken care of. One employee is not enough. next time I need to rent a truck or Uhaul I will definitely look to see what other rental companies are around because I'm very tired of dealing with U-Haul.

There are too many things to list pertaining to what needs to be improved. Suffice to say that almost every aspect of my experience was extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and will not use U-Haul again in any capacity. I recognize this isn't very descriptive for a potential customer (or U-Haul corporate) to glean anything useful. I am done spending an ounce more of effort on this company. I can only recommend that if you have other options, use them. Don't use U-Haul.
