Thankfully, they were available to help us after hours and remove the U-Haul from our hitch because the young man at the pick up location dropped it with such a great force that it was not removable without the help of two additional adults, strategy and tools we didn’t have. Not sure if they saw us on their security cameras, or if they just needed to come to their location that night, but either way, we appreciated it. Not sure what we would’ve done otherwise.

Easy drop off without business being open
