Easy transaction. Nice customer service
Karen MHave the equipment ordered available. I made my reservation well in advance and the additional items I ordered were not available. We had to borrow a dolly from a neighbor.
Kathy WLocation was at a sketchy gas station in the ghetto. Homeless and or drug addicts were all around. I was also overcharged and the rep at the location couldn’t assist me.
Sharice MThe location was in a fairly rough section of Vallejo, but the person helping me out at the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. In the end, I would be very comfortable renting there again. Looks can be deceiving!
