Except for seeing the actual van in the locked parking lot, I couldn't tell that it was a U-Haul location. Maybe add a sign?

This was the most easy pick up from you haul I have ever done. And I have been renting for a while. Customer service was great. I been at some stores to pick up and been there for ay least an hour. The rep had me in out within 10 min. Very pleased

ANTONIO TI told her repeatedly I did not want the insurance. Even when I reserved the truck I stated I did not want it. Not only was I charged, I never signed the contract, she did.
