They need to explicitly explain the process of drop off and the need to download an app in order to do so. Also where to find the key box because the app said at front of store but it was in a back alley behind the building. Very frustrating.

ROBERT PI rented a 10 footer and they gave me a 15 footer! I left thinking it was a 10 footer until I called Uhaul customer service and they told me I had a 15 footer truck!The worst customer service the lady was very very rude she seems to be racist she was rude and she wanted me to do everything online from my phone when I went in there in person! I would never go back to this location because I got overcharged for her bad attitude!
