Our main complaint was the UHaul website for trucks describes the dimensions of the inside of a 15ft truck as being 15ft. What they don't tell you is that length only applies to the upper portion of the truck aka the "moms attic" The actual length on the bed of the truck is SIGNIFICANTLY shorter. We needed this truck to haul an item 15 ft long so this truck would not have worked. The woman who helped us was very patient, nice, and was able to get us moved to a longer truck in the same day. She was very accommodating and helpful. None of our complaints apply to the woman who helped us. The problem then came when we got the truck: I got into it and it only had 20miles worth of gas in it. We only needed it for 10 miles but I wasn't sure how accurate that was and the last thing I wanted was to be stranded. It was so frustrating to have to leave the pick up location and immediately need to find a gas station. I lost out on $20 worth of gas just to get the truck not on E and risk being stranded. Then once we got to our location we opened the back and it was filled with at least 30 moving blankets and 2 dollies just thrown in the back. We had to remove them all to use the truck as needed and then put them all back into the truck. It was a major pain and clearly they were used, not clean blankets that we had to handle to be able to use the truck.

KIMBERLY OI was forced to call 4 times, just to get an email sent to me regarding the confirmation of picking the truck up through the app & at 8am, 1 hr before they opened. Shanequa (or whatever her name was) is the one i spoke with 3 of the 4 times. She confirmed it was ok to pick the truck up through the app, early and that i would have the dozen furnature pads in the back of the truck. The following day, i arrive to pick the truck up at 8. I use the link she sent me to download the app and begin to follow the steps, only to be forced to call Uhaul's 24/7 support. Turns out, my reservation was NOT set up for a mobile pick/up, and definitely NOT for 8am. So, the 24/7 folks were able to assist. (There should be a place to leave feedback for them, because they were great). Ok, now i have access to the app, get all the way through it.. ID, then code for the box. No key in the box. Its not 8:40. I called the 24/7 people back and they were able to get ahold of the owner, who then told me to wait till 9 when the location was set to open anyhow. Nine comes around and i had to go into the office, to which i was met with 3 people in line ahead of me. After waiting 30 min for my place in line, i finally get the key for the truck. But, no furnature blankets. Shanequa (who i confirmed with the day before, said she had them, told the guy helping me, that she didnt have any. So, i asked for a refund on the pads and they said they will process one. As of now, that refund has not been processed. Save yourself some stress and dont deal with this location. Ameripawn is only destroying the good name of U-haul. Be thankful i dont work at UHaul anymore, or Quality Control would have an anonymous email.
