The only things I can think of would be to have hitch attachments to sell if someone wants to rent a trailer. Had to rent a truck because I thought they'd have them and then had to make a bunch of back and forth from Tinley to Valparaiso to Tinley to Valparaiso then back to Tinley.

Not letting you use a phone number that you put in for your emergency contact as the number for your alternative contact when your alternative contact is the same person? 25 minutes from when I was supposed to pick up the rental to when i actually was able to take it.
