This was the easiest experience I've ever had renting a vehicle for moving. I used the online reservation process, and everything was ready upon my arrival for pickup. The cargo van was brand new. Drop-off was seamless as well. There's a lockbox to put the key in if the business is closed when you return.

DENNIS SRental was scheduled for 8am . I received a call changing our pickup location. That store didn’t open until 9am. It would have been nice if we had been made aware of the opening time in advance
