Pick up communication was poor. We scheduled a 8am pickup but didn’t get any communication on how to access the early pick up key box. So when we arrived at the store it wasn’t open. The store opened at 9am so we had to come back later after we sat on a lengthy hold with UHaul to make sure we could still have the rental. Very stressful. The people at the store were very accommodating though.

Waymon MApp check in took forever and didn’t work correctly. Keys were not where they should be, blankets were not in the truck
Kyle KThis was the easiest experience I've ever had renting a vehicle for moving. I used the online reservation process, and everything was ready upon my arrival for pickup. The cargo van was brand new. Drop-off was seamless as well. There's a lockbox to put the key in if the business is closed when you return.
