Maybe I didn't read all the info that was sent to me by U-Haul, but filling out all the info, the alternate person, their phone number, would have been great to have it done prior to the day of. The U-Haul videos were helpful. It was overall a great experience.

The 5x8 trailer we rented smelled like livestock animals. It had straw and mud on the inside floor and ramp area. The trailer did serve the purpose we rented it for and functioned properly.
DARICK DThe truck was clean and the staff was helpful. My only quibble is the Uhaul parking lot lacks parking for your vehicle when dropping or picking up a truck.
