This whole experience was frustrating from the start. I reserved a truck online only to get a call later to inform me the location I chose to pick up my truck did not have the truck available that I reserved online. If the truck was not available from that location I should not have been able to chose that option from that location. I chose another location with the representative that had called to inform me my original location was unavailable. I chose another location with the representative on the phone and received a text and email confirmation guaranteeing my truck only to receive an email and text 2 days later indicating my pick up location at yet another location. I called the 800 number to question why the location was changed again. The representative I spoke to was unable to tell me why and transfered me to scheduling where I was on hold 45 minutes just to be disconnected. I called scheduling directly only to be on hold yet another 50 min to yet again be disconnected after 45 min. I called scheduling again and was on hold over 60 minutes so I voluntarily ended the call. The next day I called scheduling again and was finally able to speak to a representative who could not give me a clear answer as to why my location for pick up was changed the second time other than my second location did not have the reserved truck available but guaranteed I would have a truck for pickup on the day needed. When I went to the location to pick up my truck the location was closed. Thank goodness I was able to figure out how to rent the truck after business hours as there was no instructions on how that is done given beforehand through either email or text. Once I logged in to retrieve the truck the website wasn't working properly and I had to enter pictures and information 4 or 5 different times before it finally went all the way through. Then when I get thr truck there was no dolly in the truck that I had reserved. I had to call the location the following day and make an extra trip to that location to pick up the dolly which was yet again very frustrating and inconvenient. Then of course when I drop the truck off the location was closed and thankfully I was able to figure out how to return the truck after business hours. Again, no email instructions on how to do this so the less tech savy person would have had trouble returning the rental. This whole experience was definitely not convenient. Do better uhaul!

Easy, straight forward on the web part of the reservation . At the time of pickup, the owners were helpful and pleasant and we were on our way. Dropping off also quick and easy. Much easier than I previously remember getting a truck a few years back. Thanks!
JULIE WParking is a little tight when returning vehicles. If I had parked my personal vehicle a little farther south, I would not have been able to get it out when leaving.

Considering how cost effective and easy it is to rent a small utility trailer for yard work, chores, etc, I'll be renting here fairly often from now on. Might even use one to haul extra gear for camping trips or similar, not much room for gear in a 2 door Bronco, LOL!
