I love BBU UHaul! Hannah & Salam & Karim are amazing. What I DON'T LIKE is UHaul contacting me saying they are moving my pick up to another facility (20 mins away where BBU is 5 mins away). Adriana was professional when I called to inquire why my booking was moved. She said it was because BBU did not have a truck for me. I spoke with Hannah and they did have a truck and it was reserved for me. Adriana said it must have been a scheduling miscommunication. She then connected me to scheduling. They tried to offer me 79 cents a mile to go to Portage. Why would I drive 20 mins out of my way. The 79 cents won't make a difference when I have to drive further. Also, this is the 3rd time UHaul has tried to move my booking. I will NOT use UHaul App to book ever again! I will also advise my friends and company to NOT use the app and to call BBU direct. If BBU did not have what I needed, then Hannah would have directed me where to get a truck. BBU is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is why I ONLY BOOK with BBU!
