The best uhaul dealer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
MICHAEL TThe truck looked clean (except for empty drink carton in cab), however the truck bed had some kind of oily residue left from previous rental that it made it very dangerous to walk on. You couldn't know just by looking but once you started to walk around on it, your feet would slip around. We had to lay moving blankets down all across the truck bed to prevent us from slipping while moving.

JOEY HWe were not provided with the dolly we rented and no one called to let us know in advance so we could try to make other arrangements. The truck was parked in a grass lot that was so low that I had to walk through swampy puddles to be able to take photos of the side of the truck for the remote rental pick up. In fairness we have had a lot of rain but there was plenty of space on the concrete parking lot that it could have been left for pick up.
