Super experience all around
EVELYNE ANo one was at the location when we arrived and we had to wait half an hour for someone to show up to give us the van we rented. They offered no discount for our wasted time and did not even apologize. And even when we returned the car, hours past their normal open time, they again weren't on location. All around poor service.
ASHTON TThe final checkout step was to take pictures of the vehicle This was not made clear, and I missed doing it before leaving I do not want to be held liable for damages that did not occur, but are unprovable
