Your service sucks, I had booked the truck 2 weeks ago and when I went there to picked it up it wasn’t there I had to take a Uber driver to an other location. People waiting for me, you guys don’t know how to run a business, my last time. Never again with you guys!!!

MICHAEL YThe truck they gave me had graffiti on it. When I made my online reservation, I declined all insurances. However, when I went into the store to pick up the truck, they automatically added insurance coverage - seems kind of sneaky. Fortunately I contacted Customer Service directly and they refunded the unwanted charges to me. 5 stars to the U-Haul customer service team at 800.528.0355 for making it right.
