MONICA J.The OnStar system was automatically making calls to onstar, as if I was calling them, 13 calls with Onstar staff, asking me if they could assist me. This was happening as I was moving furniture from a storage facility to my home and back, one hour and a half that was very uncomfortable. When I dropped off the U Haul van at the storage place, the staff didn't apologize, but said "oh yeah, I forgot to mention the problem with Onstar in the van you rented". The least he could have done, was to give me a discount for my use with that U Haul van!!! Horrible customer service!!!
