They changed my booking to a different size truck without notifying me and the attendant was very dismissive. The one I ended up with had a smashed out mirror. When I tried to claim my refund for not having the right truck available they gave me a super hard time about it even though I couldn't even use the truck they gave me. I got to my location and it wouldn't fit. Terrible service here.
