The guy at check in was such a rude smug person in his demeanor. And he told us because we were 30 min past our reservation time (for our rental of the van FOR THE DAY), he told us the reservation was canceled, but that he did have a van if we wanted it. (Yeah--our van! The one we reserved.) He was so snotty during the exchange. In the van, there were 2 bottle caps in the bed of the van, random scraps of paper, which we had to clean out or else we'd be charged on return. We filled the gas back up to where it was, and we were still hit with a $20+ fuel surcharge. I will never come back to this location, and it doesn't make me want to rent from u-haul again, that's for sure. And I'll be posting this review on yelp. There was no need for his shitty behavior.

Please have what I reserved. I showed up to pick up the van & furniture pads, but unfortunately they had no furniture pads. U-haul did not provide this location with furniture pads. I was told it was a first come, first serve basis. And someone took all of the furniture pads this morning. Even though I had reserved some. What is the point of reserving some thing if you don’t actually have it? Do you do the same thing with trucks? if it’s first come first serve, that negates the definition of a reservation. Do better
Heidi PSecond time working with this UHAUL rep at this location and he is awesome and understanding. Don’t have any recommendations for improvement as everything was smooth-sailing for me.
SARKIS PThey changed my booking to a different size truck without notifying me and the attendant was very dismissive. The one I ended up with had a smashed out mirror. When I tried to claim my refund for not having the right truck available they gave me a super hard time about it even though I couldn't even use the truck they gave me. I got to my location and it wouldn't fit. Terrible service here.
