The sales associate that helped initially was nice, but I was charged for 5 gals of gas when I purchased my own gas and filled it back to the gas level that matched what was given to me on my initial sheet by the sales associate. I tried to call multiple times the next day when I received my final receipt to resolve this issue, but nobody ever answered the phone. Overall very disappointed.

EVELYNE ANo one was at the location when we arrived and we had to wait half an hour for someone to show up to give us the van we rented. They offered no discount for our wasted time and did not even apologize. And even when we returned the car, hours past their normal open time, they again weren't on location. All around poor service.
