The truck did its job perfectly. There was no one there at 9:20 in the morning for drop off. This resulted in a $20.00 drop off charge. Fortunately this was corrected by a courteous U-Haul representative.DARYL S.

Address wasn't correct on the pickup location, so It took an additional 30 minutes figuring out where the actual store was. Truck was left at completely empty. When I returned the truck, I waited for 5 minutes standing at the till waiting for the cashier to get off the phone, until I finally interrupted and asked if I still needed to pay or sign anything. Attendant was proficient. Vehicle's horn was broken, as are the guards to the driver right AC vent are missing, back had left over dirty wet moving blankets in it and vehicle was very dirty inside and out.ODESSA B.
The vehicle was FILTHY. A layer of dust on the dash .someone had written graffiti on the back window in the dust . This was a disgrace ..go do a spit check on the location .I suspect that this is the way your product is treated .YECH!!!!!!Margaret M.
the time I had arranged for picking up the vehicle was pushed 20 minutes because the location was temporarily closed. I checked in online ahead, but still had to do another check in. but they were very nice, efficient and clear with instructions.MARY C.
This is fraudulent. This is the second time the same thing has happened. The van is in KM but was recorded as miles. I was overcharged by 66% on the miles. This is wrong and I will be following up. Please each our at 604-351-2170 to remedy.DANIEL R.
Let's say, when someone is already nervous and stressed out about doing a move, the last thing we need is experiencing a very unfriendly encounter with the store clerk working at this location. Poor attitude and treatment of customers! I almost never even write a negative review about any customer service experience in 20 yrs, but it was this bad that I felt the urge to inform UHaul about this. However this location is so convenient so that's the only plus.Emma T.
Very poor customer service. The vehicle was dirty, there was a package of condons in the cups holder. It looked like it never got cleaned. On the other hand, very good vehicle and very helpful.Eduardo L.
We had ordered a dolly that was not in the truck when we picked it up. We had UHaul arrange a dolly at our destination. That UHaul was closed for the day. We had to drive to another location to pick up a dolly. I was charged for the dolly at a closed store! No talk of a refund for this error. Our move was delayed but an hour and a half due to this debacle. The truck we picked up was not clean but that didn't matter for our purposes. Just sayin'. Customer service at our pick up depot was very poor. All in all it was not a great experience dealing with this company.Fred H.
Fill the gas tank completely it was very hard to fill exactly where it was otherwise. Clean the uhauls, ours was disgusting, someone's mask inside, sticky stuff in the front seats.Codie L.

When you advertise extras ( dollies, boxes ), and book an extra but when you go to get your rental and they don't have what you ask for. The web site should have let me know they don't have the extra. Instead tell me that if I want the extra I need to drive out of my way at my expense to get it with no compensation. The pickup location was a convenience store with no marking to indicate that it was affiliated with U-Haul, so that was confusing. I was expecting some sort of U-Haul depot. The convenience store staff gave me the wrong directions to find my U-Haul, so I ended up driving around for a while before finding it.Sophia H.

Location difficult to get to And parking area was not exactly the safest place to leave a vehicle. Staff at the location were not helpful and kind of rude to be honest. It is a pandemic. The lady at Express News in Vancouver location said that it had not been cleaned in a long time. Why are they not permitted to clean before hand??? They also said someone got covid from it. ALL THE MORE TO CLEAN THE VAN.BROOKLYN H.
