First of all, there was no U-Haul sign visible from the road. Neither was the address for that matter. I pre-checked in online but had to re-check in when I arrived. Annoying. Then, the map they gave us to find the van was extremely confusing. Not only did it have us driving almost 3 blocks away to pick up the van, the arrow on the map pointed down the wrong street. Because we couldn't find the store and it took us 10 minutes to find the van, we lost 1 hour of moving time. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want my money back.

They made an error on the entire name, address, Telephone number etc on my Contract. They gave me a contract with the name and address of a person I do not even know. when I asked them to correct it on my return, they said they could not, as the vehicle is already being returned and the contract is over. In addition, they also marked the level of the Gas as more than 1/2 tank when in actuality, the level of the gas was just a tad bit above the1/4 mark. This is appalling and no one should have to accept these kind of irregularities, and for them not wanting to fix the contract in my name. I do hope something is done about this. Smooth experience. Staff at the rental location is friendly, reasonable and helpful. The only downside is that the truck is parked a whole block away from the shop, it's way too far.

So confusing to find this location, a small convenience store with the only signage being a small sign at knee level. No parking lot for dropping off. We had to find a spot of the street about three blocks away. Then they required us to take photos of the gas level, mileage, back interior and parking location. We then had to walk back to the convenience store with our luggage. Very inconvenient.

Keep gas tank at full so refill is easier than guess how much to put in. This only benefits the company and not the customer since they either overfill or possibly get penalized for underfilling.

The fuel refill chart was inaccurate - the tank was at 1/2 level and the chart said to put 29.2 litres of gas to refill to the 3/4 mark - I did this and the tank went to 7/8 ... I paid too much and I asked the person helping me what could be done and she said nothing.... I’m not happy about your system of filling gas there needs to be a way reimburse the customer in this case

The service was friendly and very understanding when I explained the poor service and issues of the uhaul that had been present when I picked up the vehicle. Although it would be a tight fit for a larger uhaul, the great service outshines the minor issues of the location. It was a quick and painless drop off for me!

The location to sign paperwork and pick up truck are more then 4 blocks away from each other. This was bad because it was raining and had no umbrella. The store is a conscience store and only had one person to handle everything. This is by far the worst uhual location ever.



They did not had the two dolleys I book online therefore, It took me extra time since I have to move everything by hand. I told the guy infront about the equipment and he give me not options. Later, the lady' received the Van told me that not having the proper equipment does not an excuse for been late. Seems like no ones care. You guys should not trust those convenient stores because only gives Uhaul a bad reputation. They don't even look the van around to see if its any damage after renting it. The van inside was very messy, with garbage still in, and stink like manure. Its was a very bad experience. I regret rent a truck with this location.

I was incredibly frustrated that I called and made a reservation for a certain vehicle at a certain location, was told the vehicle was available for the day and time I wanted it only to get a notification a couple day prior that the vehicle was now reserved by someone using it all day and I would have to get my Uhaul from a different location. What is the point of making a reservation if your company is not able to keep a reservation?? Because the next "closest" location was 15min out of my way, I was charged more for mileage and gas than I would have had to pay if I were able to rent the Uhaul from the location I had originally reserved. Will definitely be looking at other vehicle rental options next time.

Service agent at location tried to overcharge us and only after we argued he admitted he had confused us with another customer. We made sure our bill was correct before we left but we were still charged the over payment amount and are now filing a complaint with UHaul to recover our funds.

The location was late in opening in the morning which delayed getting the vehicle. I had to pick up the vehicle 2 blocks away from the rental office. I was not given instructions on where and how to return the vehicle which resulted in delays at the return end because I returned the vehicle to the place I picked it up from but had to go back to photograph the mileage and fuel meters.

Horrible!!!! Spent over an hour trying to receive keys. Lady at the desk did not know how to ....had to go behind the desk and figure it our for her. Finally received keys a close to 2 hours after booking time. :(:(

independent stores lack significant knowledge, there is no communication between pick up and drop off locations. Misinformation and can’t answer important questions. Out of town rate is very high.

Booked an after hours pick up for a 10” truck in advance. Got to the location in the morning and the system was down so we couldn’t pick it up. Rung customer service and got them to make another reservation which was at another location. Got to this location and they said there wasn’t a reservation and they didn’t have any available trucks. Luckily some people pulled out and we got their truck instead (double the size - had to pay for this). Never again am I booking one with self pick up option. This is what happens when everything is relied on technology.... Over all a bad experience.
