Called at 8am today for a truck. And low and behold they had 1 left. Rushed over and got the truck. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very efficient. Polite and welcoming staff. All around excellent service. You were God sent today. Thank you.

first trailer that was hooked up the lights were not working. the second trailer's lights stopped working one hour into a 5 hour move - very dangerous

My experience with uhaul this time was the worst one yet. However, when we dropped the truck off the uhaul representative we dealt with was amazing. We will never use uhaul again.

1) No one answers the phone. I've tried calling on 3 separate occasions when the store was open and waited 30-60 minutes; no answer. 2) Returning my truck was almost impossible. The trucks were parked in a way that absolutely could not let the 26 ft. truck through without damaging the trucks and trailers and parked cars behind the store. Even my small car was a tight squeeze. This added a lot of stress and time to my long moving day.

My reservation that was confirmed more than a month in advance was adjusted to a different time two days before my rental date without any advance notice. I then had to spend hours on the phone to find another vehicle that'd cover my move. This was completely unacceptable and not how I'd expect a multinational company like uhaul to do business.

Good day, After waiting 15-20 minutes for the staff to bring my van up (which isn't a big deal for me) we went to inspect it. Open the back gate and it's very wet in the back. Smells very strongly of urine unfortunately. Which was quite odd. I asked the gentlemen helping me if it was gas or something dangerous. He said, no it just smells like piss. I asked for a blanket, and he said, did you order one? I said forget it because I didn't have time to wait for another vehicle. Needless to say the experience wasn't great. Driving in a very powerful smelling vehicle and having to put my belongings on top of the unknown substance. I hope that you take this comment and just try and review your vehicles after their returns in case they require a hose down.

I reserved 6 weeks ago to pick up at Langley location. I am very dissatisfied with going to Vanvouver when you had plenty of time to have a unit available in Langley. Then the reserved quote was not recognized at the Vancouver pickup time. Then you wanted to have me return it to Courtney location. Bad couture service through the complete experience.

1. Inside windsheild and dash board EXTREMELY DUSTY with a harsh film on the window 2. Back storage area - we discovered bits of apple on the floor when we were loading. 3. Gas indicator is off. Using UHAUL chart I filled up the gas tank to the recommended amount and discovered I had put in more than a fifth of a tank over where I started! On the plus side, special KUDOS to your counter person Rojan She was amazing and very professional!

misdirection , go around then go around but then it is crowded . When the sign says all equipment to be dropped off at a certain point don't then say trailers in the back after you have driven around to the front.. I had to get the chap to sign that I had actually dropped off the trailer on time.

Pick up truck had a low tire pressure indicator and we spent wasted time trying to inflate tire. Finally it was decided by uhaul that the indicator was at fault. Made me late for my merchandise pick up time. Surely this type of thing should be picked up during its inspection before turning it over to the customer.

Everything is great. The customer service is friendly. I think the price charge 69 cents per a kilometer is a little bit too high. I'll rent a vehicle again in the future when I need it .

Reserved a 15 foot truck, then the day before the move a u-haul Rep called to tell me there was no truck available and that I should move the following day instead. This caused my family so much unnecessary stress before our move. The customer service rep hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager to see what could be done, after sitting on a half hour hold. I had to then drive down to the location, to speak to a manager. Then we were told they only had a 26 foot truck for us. This again caused us stress as we wouldn’t have been able to park a vehicle that size in our alley way... Then, finally the morning of the move, we drove down to pick up our 26 foot truck, only to be told that it never left where it was supposed to and that we lucked out with a 15 foot... What the actual heck U-Haul. Get it sorted out, and figure out a better system. There needs to be a better system for tracking vehicles and guaranteeing what customers reserve. You’re current system is sub-par, and we are very displeased with the total lack of quality service. And after all of the headache U-Haul caused us, we didn’t even get a kickback of any kind. Not even a small discount. After all of this, I would never use or recommend U-Haul to anyone EVER again. You really blew it this time.

My experience started out very rocky but was ultimately saved by a helpful U-Haul Rep. My booking was scheduled for 7:00AM June 2nd and I was told I could use the Self Check-In App to complete the pick up as there would not be a rep there. I received a text the day before my appointment stating my appointment was now at 9:00 AM rather than the 7:00 AM start time I had discussed with a U-Haul Representative and received written confirmation of. This was a large issue for me as all the elevator time I had booked at the new and old residences was based on this start time. I immediately called the local terminal and after several attempts to get ahold of them they stated "Our yard has been getting broken into so we don't do 7:00 AM pickups" - I asked why I wasn't told this at the time of booking and he simply said "I don't know". He did not offer any further clarification or help of any kind. Honestly, the gentleman was extremely unhelpful and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I almost canceled my booking purely due to his attitude. I then called U-Haul directly. After being put on hold for 20+ minutes I spoke with a nice lady who was also not able to provide me any information as to why this was booked for 7 AM originally or why the terminal had changed the time. She attempted to transfer me to the Scheduling Department for further clarification but the transfer failed and I was hung up on. I then waited another 20+ minutes to get someone on the phone. This is where thing got better. The second lady did not make excuses she just wanted to solve the issue. She was able to find me a larger truck in a location slightly further away but it would be ready at 7AM sharp. She did not charge me for the larger truck and the changes were made immediately and seamlessly. Without that representative assisting me I would have rated this experience a 0/10 and would never have rented a vehicle from U Haul again. I will consider using your service again and would recommend you give that employee a pat on the back. Thanks,

The personnel were accommodating and refunded me $50 for the inconvenience of changing my pickup location, and my drop off location multiple times. Also I was not pleased to receive multiple phone calls asking me to return the truck earlier than my scheduled drop off time.

The U-Haul Moving & Storage at SE Marine Dr 1070 SE Marine Dr,Vancouver, BC V5X2V4 This (604) 325-6526 never pick up, and even is pick up, it is a call center and not actual the shop pick up. So when I checked my hitch installment service. the call center won't know what happen and ask the store to call me but they never did
