The storage itself was fine. I returned the keycard and empties my storage. My payments come out around the 27-28 of each months. I’m frustrated that there was no refund for the time left. I returned everything on the 15. I am almost certain that the storage unit is already rented out and that Uhaul is now double dipping on the same square footage. Put it this way, if I had cash laying around, I wouldn’t need a storage room as I would have space. But living in Vancouver makes this out of reach. So this is extremely disappointing from such a large company that I have used over and over over the years. Sadly I believe this was my last time as I have other options for truck rentals.Guershom C. | Overall Experience
Unfortunately my Unit was in an old part of the basement and mice traps were set in my locker. I did not see evidence of mice when I left but alot of traps were put in. I would recommend the new part of building to a friend.Lisa W. | Overall Experience

facilities were clean and easy to access. However staff were not able to fix my issue with online payment (account could not be linked). I called the facility and was not able to get any support.. calls were picked up, I could hear people talking in the background, then immediately disconnected. Its a maze in there was not aware that there was no elevator or ramp to get to the upper floor. This is a horrific crazy layout of storage lockers. Deeply disappointed to have been tricked to lug all out things into and out of this maze.SARI L. | Overall Experience
the day I move out I was there to pay for my storage room. I told the front desk that. I will be moving out this evening at 8pm but she didn’t noticed me that the gate will be closed. I am not including my final moments with the storage locker in my response to the above questionnaire and which precipitated/facilitated my actual moving out. Those final moments were that my storage locker was flooded as a result of roof repairs to the storage facilities. Selected auto payments for my unit. My credit card didn’t change or expire, yet there was no attempt to Bill it. I called customer support sat on hold for 20min to talk to someone. They couldn’t help me reverse the late charges that your company assessed without contacting me about the billing. Super inconvenient schedule for calling and in a pandemic these issues shouldn’t require an in store visit to fix...usual level of customer service.IAN M. | First Impressions
