Jackie DParking is very tight. U-Haul link to photo condition of vehicle on check out doesn't work.
William DI reserved a U-Haul truck and a furniture dolly for an 11:30 a.m. pickup and arrived on time. Instead of helping me, the employee rudely told me to wait while she checked in returning trucks. The wait is understandable, the dismissive behaviour is not. When she finally processed my reservation, she informed me they didn’t have the furniture dolly I had reserved and simply asked, “What would you like to do?” There was no apology and no effort to help beyond suggesting I try another location, which wasn’t practical during a scheduled move. Moving is stressful, and move-in windows are not flexible. I had no choice but to take the truck without the dolly and scramble to find one elsewhere, leaving late. If reserved equipment isn’t available, customers should be notified in advance. Poor customer service and failure to honor reservations makes an already stressful day much worse.
Davood EWhen I picked up the vehicle, it was almost empty. I don't know how fuel-efficient the vehicle is, and it should be returned at the same level I picked it up, so I lose money filling up your vehicle. It seems ridiculous to leave a vehicle for pickup on empty; I won't be returning
