We changed the drop off location at the last minute. The personnel at this location were very nice and went out of their way to help me.

Cecilia TThe U-Haul I rented broke down and I was in the process of moving apartments and you only have a four hour time window for elevators so I think for instances like that you should offer some sort of apology or refund or a partial discount really anything horrible experience you guys didn’t help me out at all. Took over two hours to get the U-Haul back up and running, which is half the elevator Time.
