The person was friendly and quick to help but location was on a busy Vancouver street and not convenient for us and we were asked to go there to pick up instead of our regular location. we had to wipe down the cab of the truck and the inside of the window and it wasn't full with gas. I just expected for the $1000 rental that it would be a little more professional, like a car rental. place.

Oscar VU-Haul was booked for 11:30, though I requested 9:00am. Additionally, original location was changed. I was also charged for a dolly that was not given to me at the pick up location
