Oscar VU-Haul was booked for 11:30, though I requested 9:00am. Additionally, original location was changed. I was also charged for a dolly that was not given to me at the pick up location
Artem NI had ordered a dolly and 10 blankets but upon picking I have been told nothing left, also I have not received any instructions for the drop off and they charged me 30 dollars for the gas service fee which was very unfair for me, vary bad experience and I won’t recommend it to anyone
Mahdi GCommunication was hard! He put my dolly in someone else's truck I was suppoed to have self check in but it was not so. We could have missed our time window. But it all worked out.
