Like completely close that shameful location, it's ridiculous. If I didn't use Uhaul in the past and had great experience, I would think that you guys are some shady and completely careless organization.

I would say that the truck is fairly clean. One issue for me is the side mirror on the right passenger side which was too flimsy that I had to tape it. It needs a special allen tool to tighten it because I tried all my allen keys and none of them worked. Should be inspected thoroughly before letting customers use the truck. Overall, I had a smooth and easy experience aside from the side mirror glitch. I would personally avail of their services again in the future if needed.

I received the vehicle with the front two tires having low air pressure notifications on the dash. I also had booked a dolly and 6 blankets a month in advance and when I arrived they said they didn’t have them. In addition when using the app to confirm photos at the end, I had two that were at the incorrect angle. And it made me retake all of the photos not just the ones that were at the incorrect angle which after a stressful day of moving was not fun because I was on street parking and had to deal with moving cars around me.

They charged us $50 dollar for gas even though we returned the truck with the same amount of gas when we received it. I emailed your support and still have not heard back. We’ve rented many Uhaul’s before and never experience this. Very unprofessional.

The staff had me standing for an hour waiting for the truck, seems like he had no clue what he was doing he was receiving instructions over the phone the whole time in an unknown language. While had me waiting he stoped my process couple times to attend other customers. I was very angry towards the end. At least price was decent.

Make sure that if a customer reserves equipment A MONTH IN ADVANCE, that the requested equipment (dollys) are available on the day.

Person who was supposed to give us keys was late to the location. Took their time to open their own store first before checking us in. Finally checked in 40minutes after our supposed start time. Did not have our furniture pads so they took another 10minutes to look for it in all their other vehicles. They were nice enough to give us an hour extra for free but then changed their mind to give us only 30mins extra. We had to rush back to make it on time. In the end, we had the uhaul for less time than we reserved for. Overall, an okay service but they should be respecting their renter's time.

I cleaned out the back and folded all of the blankets, all not done when I picked it up and less than 1/4 tank of gas, and there is a sign that says If you clean up and fold blankets the person will get a $25 back but I never record that and I told the person about it upon drop off. I also filled up more than I left with and no discount for that either. Too bad as it’s a convenient place and nice people.

the truck barely had a quarter tank of gas in it, and we traveled only 12km and got charged $73 for gas-related expenses.

Although it maybe hard..clearing the snow on the sloped driveway where the trucks are parked would improve safety for customers renting vehicles..
