Interior of van was filthy and even had broken glass on the floor. Windscreen was very dirty, difficult to see through in sunlight, and windshield fluid was empty. Gas tank was not in fact full on pickup, which I realized only when the tank took 13 liters of gas after 22 km of driving.

Kim SThe van was expected - not the cleanliest but works. The location was fine and the agent was friendly and knew what she was doing. The surprising part was how much gas the van used. We drove 11 km and had to put in 12.5 L of gas to move the gas gauge to just slightly above the the original line. It may have been possible to get away with 1 or 2 liters less but it's hard to be precise when it's less than a full tank to start. The gas was almost as expensive as the rental plus mileage. With such poor fuel economy, it may be necessary to keep the cost of gas in mind.

Ibrahim HRented vehicle needs to be checked for windshield washer fluid before rented out. The van I rented had ‘out of windshield washer fluid displayed on the dashboard. Luckily that I didn’t really needed it.
