The Van was a bit dirty, like the side view mirrors and seating area. Thats maybe cause it was left outside for too long with out being rented out or not maintained. Back Tire rear did not have Air pressure. Steering was a little tight and might be needing maintenance.
Vinay VWhile the initial lady who provided the van on arrival was nice, the rest of the experience was less than ideal. The vehicle I'm sure had never been washed in months; no one came to inspect the vehicle or check mileage on arrival or on return; it was filthy inside and out; there was a huge dent on one side of the vehicle. On return, some young 'kid' was less than personable and I had to call later in the day as I had not received any file bill. The invoice was higher also than had been initially quoted. While the location was perfect for me, I will question renting from this location again, not because of the lady but because of the later interaction with the person who took the keys and also the vehicle that was rented to me. It was NOT a uhaul vehicle but a Parcel delviery truck....... So questionnable.
Terri RGas was not full. There was a sticky substance on the floor of the cargo area. There was a slow puncture on one of the tires
Peter JAwesome customer service, super easy to deal with. Was in and out with keys in no time, drop off just as easy. Truck did as need and really couldn't beat the price for a 2 day rental.
