Location was friendly, but Car was smelling terrible, like completly cat pee. And my stuff smells like cat pee too right now.

Rented vehicle needs to be checked for windshield washer fluid before rented out. The van I rented had ‘out of windshield washer fluid displayed on the dashboard. Luckily that I didn’t really needed it.
Phong TThe location owner could have provided more support during both pickup and drop-off. This was my first time using the app, and unfortunately, I had difficulties with it during check-in. The app was not working well for me, and I struggled to complete the process. In the end, the location owner verified my identity using my driver's licence and provided me with the keys. He then directed me to the vehicle, which was parked elsewhere. Because I was unfamiliar with the process and unsure which condition checks or existing damage had already been documented, I felt nervous when collecting the vehicle and recorded a video of it as a precaution. When I returned the vehicle, the location owner seemed surprised that I had not returned it to the same location where I had collected it. However, this had not been explained to me during pickup. I also did not receive assistance with checking the vehicle back in through the app. It was only after leaving the location that I realised I was expected to take a photo of the dashboard within the app as part of the return process. I would like to add that U-Haul Customer Service has been very helpful and responsive in addressing my concerns, which I greatly appreciate.
