The invoice should given to the customer immediately he returns the vehicle/equipments not later sent to email. The receipt should also be easy to understand not complicated as it is. Can't understand the total amount.

Jean-Michel DThe guy told me that he’s going to email me the receipt which he never did and he also charged me $35 extra because he told me it’s gonna come to out $45 and he charged my credit card $80 when I checked my credit card receipt. I am very upset about the customer service and in the beginning I was also accused of some scratches on the roof, which I was never involved in and literally had the car for two hours and after reviewing everything, he realized that it must’ve been the person renting it before me. With all that being said, this was very very disappointing as I only had the vehicle for two hours and paid $40 per hour, which is false advertising and of the $19.99 promotion
