Great experience and very understandable. He communicates promptly. My time was extended at no extra charge to facilitate me return the truck since I was delayed for over six hours at the ferry terminal at Departure Bay in Nanaimo.

Excellent experience renting a moving truck from Cronin. When it's moving day, a friendly, organized, and quality truck rental makes a huge difference. I highly recommend this location!
Maureen RWhen I got there the truck was not there and the shop keeper made me talk to the customer who had the truck and he was refusing to bring back the truck. I had to wait for approximately for an hour and half. The truck was very dirty and they never notify me that the truck is not available which I booked few days in advance. Who is responsible wasting my time and I was late for my job.
