This is my 3rd time renting at this location. I was there when the shop opened. I had already done the online check-in, so was on my way in only a couple of minutes. We did an examination of the truck together and he pointed out the pre-existing damages. I brought the truck back a little earlier than expected and it seems the gentleman stepped out for a minute, so I used the online drop-off services, then received my bill via email, soon afterward, no surprises. Everything is always as it should be and the gentleman is friendly and fun to chat with. When I rent a truck, this is always my preferred location. I’ve had to rent from other locations in the past, but only because they were closer to the location. He has a lot of trucks and the only complaint I have is, sometimes there’s customers ahead of me and they don’t always do the online check-in and I’m stuck waiting.
Dennis WI had some issues with the app fixing the right gas and milage before leaving the lot but the owner there was very helpful and was able to get me a different truck. He was very nice and helpful 😊
