Horrible customer service. I was rushed through the process when I was picking up my rental. When I asked the representative to slow down so I can complete the steps he asked me to, he brushed me off and continued speaking. He was not helpful, rushed through the process and left me feeling confused and frustrated. I was shocked at the poor level of communication. Overall, I would not recommend this location due to the staff. I will be renting a U-Haul truck again, however, I will ensure it is NOT at this location.

Calvin GOwner was aggressive and rude. Tried to persuade me to take a truck different from the one I booked and not complete the pretrip inspection. When I tried calling U-haul to figure out what was going on, he became aggressive, saying "You don't talk to U-Haul! You talk to me!" It was an unsettling and vaguely threatening experience.
