Employees were not organized. Lacked communication and seemed not to care too much about the experience of the rental customers. We were given our keys late, had to pick up the vehicle 15 minutes away and we were failed to be notified of certain requirements such as refilling the gas.

keith cThe contract (filling it out, taking the pictures, etc) was not explained to us when we picked up the truck. As a result, we has difficulty dropping off the truck after hours and ended up parking it there when we weren’t supposed to (also not made clear to us). Improvements: Having a paper contract, or explaining the online contract in more detail.
