Nobody was there during middle of the day-business hours. Equipment rusted out on coupling bolt. App would not load. Called day before to confirm and left a voicemail. No answer No callback. Called day of reservation. No answer no callback. Called when I was on the lot. No answer no callback. This location and/or employee(s) should be dissolved.

I requested a pick up location in Dowagiac and was told that the truck I requested was not available there. So I had to rent 20 miles away and then go to Dowagiac. That inconvenience cost me 20 extra miles and 25 dollars.
RAYMOND MEverything was flying colors came in the guy took care of me fairly reasonable prices I came in for a tow dolly. No time wasted break lights and everything intact and all up to date no problems at all pulling my sister honda Accord smooth tow there smd back for local uses rate excellent
