Customer service was excellent. Ima went out of her way to make my pickup experience smooth and timely. Trailer was in great shape and Ima talked me through the hook up process. I would gladly go through another reservation pickup at this location.

GIANNI CWe were charged a $200 cleaning fee. I rented uhauls from 5 different locations and this is the only one to claim a cleaning fee. Ridiculous.
