The vehicle was clean, but it felt incredibly unsafe. The steering was very loose and needed a lot of effort to stay in the lanes/not drift. The brakes were also not the best and left us feeling worried. The sounds the vehicle made while accelerating reminded me of an airplane taking off. The AC also did not work in the vehicle.

I had to wait for 25 minutes for someone to show Up, then when the worker showed up, he took My license and credit card to the back room, Then called someone random and that person asked for my credit card.
