Trailer was stuck in the ice in the parking lot and I had to chop it out myself. Trailer had a significant pile of frozen snow in it, which I removed myself, and then there was an amount of frozen horse manure under the snow. The right side tail light did not function at all.
William F. V.People can barely speak English to start. Trailer was surrounded with snow. After payment, we were told light weren't working on trailer and when we checked, they were working fine either plus, we had a hard time bringing trailer back as it wasn't properly entered into the system. 2nd time I try from that place and it's worse every time. No longer going there.
