Employee was unhelpful and did not have the moving pads I'd ordered. Truck had trash in it and was dirty. There was a sticker on the windshield warning of being towed that had not been removed and the employee was uninterested in helping me. I had to go to another location to get moving pads and I lost precious time when I was going to be loading the truck. I would not use this location again.
ERIC DThis location was completely dilapitated and unkept!! There was no key box and the man behind the gas station counter wasnt there when I arrived. He appeared 5 minutes later.
Angella BThe guy used his app to check me in. He revised my reservation and added insurance. I previously declined it. He didn’t give me a copy of the agreement. The gas hand was less than a 4th of a tank, but I signed off, because I was in a rush to get on the road.
