First I rented a truck from Englewood and got a phone call when in the airport telling me they did not have the truck I requested and it was supposed to be one way to Burbank. Instead they said one was in Venice but only local. I took it because didn’t feel I had a choice - wasted 3 hrs extra driving and got the truck with a quarter of a tank- returned it three quarters full. The guy at the Gulf station was not helpful and did nothing to help so I rented it from the app in front of him and lastly I continued to receive text messages as if I had rent the original purchase.

When I called to make reservation I asked if there was anything I needed to do upon check in and the rep told me no. When I got to the site they needed me to log on and have my id verified online. It took an extra 30mins which could have been avoided and there was a language barrier. The truck itself had low tire pressure and engine light on the entire time, made me nervous.
