Be advised this location rips you off. Look at your mileage and gas carefully and take a ton of pictures. They claimed my gas was at a half tank and also my mileage was 200 under what it is actually was. In addition the staff was no help, super rude and grabbed my phone and started pressing buttons so I had a hard time getting the keys. Also I ordered moving pads which I did not get. Get your U-Haul somewhere else.

Poor customer service and they didn’t really speak English. The equipment was dirty. They had no power to make any decisions and I ordered a dolly and the dolly was not available for me to have and I was still charged for it.

Kylie BFirst I rented a truck from Englewood and got a phone call when in the airport telling me they did not have the truck I requested and it was supposed to be one way to Burbank. Instead they said one was in Venice but only local. I took it because didn’t feel I had a choice - wasted 3 hrs extra driving and got the truck with a quarter of a tank- returned it three quarters full. The guy at the Gulf station was not helpful and did nothing to help so I rented it from the app in front of him and lastly I continued to receive text messages as if I had rent the original purchase.
