Sam was great! She was fast and thorough. I went to another self storage unit first to rent that had drop boxes for keys. Your website is very confusing to rent from a location like that and was nice to find one open with someone to rent from. The rental advertised on truck is also Misleading as you charge by the mile. I needed something quick to get a better hospital bed and lift for my mom or I would have rented from Home Depot who does not charge by the mile. My $19.95 truck ended up costing $300 in the end with the mileage.

While we were driving truck was a bit unstable and check engine light came on. We were able to complete our move and get truck back to location without breakdown. Attendant was awesome.
