PAUL HI like the fact that I could pick it up near my home. I wasn’t very impressed with the truck, as it was filthy inside. There was stuff on the floor, and the gas tank was completely empty. Then they tried to charge me for the gas that wasn’t there. Brad was very helpful, as he made sure my refund went through after I sent him a picture of the dash. The U-Haul place on Thompson didn’t have what I needed, which is why they redirected me to the Ventura Avenue location. However, the truck there was in pristine shape. I am grateful for your help, but there does need to be a little bit more oversight at that Ventura Avenue location.
