ANDREA AThe booking was very easy, and so was the pick-up, but I am very disappointed with how dirty the rental was. Inside and outside were gross and it doesn't seem like they maintain them very well. Drop off was fine. I arrived after the stated opening time, and no one was there, so I used the online drop-off system.
