Clerk was cool and it was an easy process. There was oil in the floor of the truck bed, and it was dirty back there. I had to clean it. Otherwise the truck was in good condition. Overall, a good experience. I did online checkin beforehand. Was easier than I expected.

It looks good to rent there during the daytime. I would not want to do business in the area during the evening or dark.
ROBERT SThe people that rented the U-haul were great to rent from, very personable. Rental went very smooth. The truck itself had graffiti on the front panel of the truck. Neighborhood seems safe during the day, but probably not as much after hours.
