It's a joke. The address is very complicated to find and UHaul is a sideline business. It was a mess inside the building. The "parking" was terribly small, especially when coming in with a truck AND car hauler. Hand-written UHaul sign. It's just a mess. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I waited around after talking to one employee and he never came back. After a while another employee said "You're done. You don't need to do anything else". They should NOT be a UHaul depot. There's just no room, poor customer service, and VERY difficult to find.
