DANIEL CThe people are very nice, but the service was slow and the place was a disaster. They sent a young man out to hook up our trailer and when I got it back here to Edmonton, they told me that it was not hooked up right with the chains.
Michelle CTough review as I really like the people at the rental location. Problem was, the trailer needed 2 tires replaced and a jack repair before I could depart on a long highway trip. I took the trailer to Kal Tire and they had me on the road as quick as they could but this should really happen to a customer. I’d still recommend them, I’d just warn others to really take a good look at the rental before you head out on the road.
